Kardex Remstar Australia is your 'full scope' provider of after sales service and site support for your vertical storage systems.

We have a dedicated Customer Service Team and a team of qualified technicians who are based in our Wodonga factory. Our technicians are involved in installation of new equipment plus refurbishment and relocation of existing equipment and undertake service activities for our regional Victorian customers.

We are supported by our Service Agent network around Australia and New Zealand of which there are 8 providers located in capital cities and major regional centres. Our Service Agents perform site call outs and undertake on-demand equipment services or execute preventative maintenance programs as required by our service schedules.

All normal hours service activities are initiated and controlled by our Wodonga Customer Service team.
